The United States Postal Service is offering a $150,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects who committed a series of robberies of postal carriers.

The robberies occurred in Louisville on November 25 when three mail carriers were robbed. The robberies occurred between 12:02 p.m. (ET) and 12:30 p.m. (ET) on Hartlage Court, Crittenden Drive and Cypress Street.

In this video posted to X by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, a letter carrier is held at gunpoint in the 2400 block of Crittenden Drive before a brief struggle was followed by the suspect fleeing with the employee’s postal keys.

“One of our main jobs is to protect our people, along with the mail stream, and to see them go through such a traumatic event is very shocking, it’s upsetting, and it obviously inspires us to work harder to catch these individuals,” Postal Inspector Jeff Sagrecy told WAVE.com.

During all three robberies, thieves stole the postal employee’s keys, Sagrecy told the Louisville television station, so they can search mailboxes.

“A lot of times they’re looking for checks from businesses and individuals that they can then alter and fraudulently negotiate with financial institutions,” Sagrecy said.

The suspects were seen wearing black clothing and driving a white Audi sedan with a stolen Kentucky license plate.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455 and reference case number 4430600. All information will remain confidential.
