The identity and cause of death for a man found deceased on Thomason Cemetery Road on Wednesday has been released
As K105 reported Thursday morning, the body was found outside by a sanitation worker Wednesday morning at approximately 8:00 in the 1000 block of Thomason Cemetery Road, about 12 miles northwest of Leitchfield.
The initial investigation by the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office and Grayson County Coroner Kevin Pharis did not determine a cause of death. The body was transported to the state Medical Examiner’s office by Pharis for an autopsy.
Pharis told K105 on Thursday that the deceased male has been identified as 57-year-old Brad Hodson. He died of natural causes.
