Elizabethtown Independent School District has announced the death of an elementary school student.
The district said 10-year-old Arriah Elizabeth Calloway, a student at Morningside Elementary School, passed away Thursday, October 3. She died at Norton Children’s Hospital.
No cause of death was given.
“Our prayers and deepest condolences go out to the student’s mother, family, friends and the Morningside Elementary School staff,” the district said.
“Arriah loved arts and crafts and was a skilled artist, soccer player, and an amazing dancer,” her obituary says.
