Grayson Co. man with lengthy list of arrests charged with burglary, other counts

A Grayson County man recently arrested for illegally entering a law enforcement officer’s property, and who has a lengthy list of arrests, has been served with two warrants containing three charges.

David Randall Kerr, 56, of Leitchfield, was served last week with a warrant accusing him of second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and intimidating a participant in the legal process. He was also arrested on a fourth-degree assault charge on September 7, according to the arrest citation.

Kerr, since 2015, has been arrested in Grayson, Hardin, Edmonson, Breckinridge, Hart, Simpson, Marion, and Jefferson counties for trafficking in codeine and methamphetamine, theft by unlawful taking, possession of methamphetamine, persistent felony offender (multiple times), DUI, driving on a suspended license, and several failure to appear counts.
