Multiple juveniles have been arrested in Elizabethtown for making a threat against an out-of-state school.
Elizabethtown Police Department spokesman Chris Denham said Elizabethtown police were contacted on Wednesday by the Ohio Highway Patrol regarding a threat of violence made against Ohio State School for the Blind in Columbus, Ohio.
Investigators in Ohio determined that the threatening call was placed from an Elizabethtown phone number, Denham said.
Through a joint investigation by Elizabethtown PD detectives and school resource officers, three juveniles were identified as being involved in the threat.
All three juvenile suspects were arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with terroristic threatening and lodged in a juvenile detention facility.
