Nancy Carol Kiper, age 68, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (August 30, 2024) at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.
She was born on July 24, 1956 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Ray and Cuba Waddlington Ramsey.
She was an administrative assistant at Coremark who enjoyed gardening and maintaining her yard. A dedicated “Nano”, Nancy loved spending time with her family and faithfully attended all of her grandchildren’s ball games and events. She was a member of the Clearview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Otis Kiper of Leitchfield, a daughter, Jennifer Milam (Matt) of Falls of Rough, KY; a son, Jeff Kiper (Rachel) of Leitchfield; seven grandchildren, Kia Hayes (Dustin), Matte Stinson (Lucas), Annie Sanders (Layke), Coray Milam, Ella Kiper, Lucas Kiper and Josiah Milam; one great-grandson, Collier Hayes; and two brothers, Mike Ramsey of Chalybeate and Glen Ramsey (Sharon) of Millerstown, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Glenda Brocato and a sister-in-law, Patty Ramsey.
In keeping with her wishes, private services will be held.
