75th Grayson County Fair begins Tuesday, lineup for the week

The 75th Grayson County Fair blasts-off on Tuesday.

The 75th version of the Grayson County Fair offers tons of options for adults, children and families alike, including drag racing, pageants, truck pulls, motorcross, demolition derbies, karaoke, and food and other vendors. Here’s the lineup of events for the week:

Tuesday

Fair opens at 4:00. Entry is $10.

At 5:00, Carnival Rides and Merchant Buildings open.

The Miss Teen Grayson County Fair Pageant begins at 6:30.

KOI Drag Racing starts at 7:00.

At 7:30, the Miss Grayson County Fair Pageant begins.

Wednesday

Fair opens at 4:00. Entry is $15.

Carnival Rides and Merchant Buildings open at 5:00.

The Baby Pageant begins at 5:30.

At 7:30, a Motorcross event begins.

Thursday

Fair opens at 4:00. Entry is $15.

Merchant Buildings and Carnival Rides open at 5:00

At 6:30, the Miss Pre-Teen Grayson County Fair Pageant will take place. Immediately following, the Little Miss & Mister Grayson County Fair Pageant will begin.

The Karaoke Contest begins at 7:00 and offers a first-place prize of $75 in the Youth Division (up to 12-years-old) and $300 to the winner of the Adult Division (13 and older).

The Gut-n-Go, Built Mini and Stock Lawn Mower Demolition Derby also start at 7:00.

The Mrs./Ms. Grayson County Fair Pageant begins at 7:30.

Friday

Fair opens at 3:00. The Brumfield Gate opens at 4:00. Entry is $15.

Carnival Rides begin at 5:00.

The Big Car Demolition Derby – Motor Swap Cars event begins at 7:00.

Saturday

Fair opens at 8:00 a.m. The Brumfield Gate opens at 9:00. Entry is $15.

Carnival Rides will be open from 11:00 until 4:00, and again from 5:00 until close.

The Arm Wrestling Tournament starts at 1:00.

The Grayson County Only Truck Pull and Antique Tractor and Engine Show judging takes place at 2:00

Merchant Buildings open at 5:00.

The Truck and Tractor Pull starts at 6:00.
