Kentucky State Police is investigating an officer-involved shooting in Mayfield.
The KSP Critical Incident Response Team was requested by the Graves County Sheriff’s Office and Mayfield Police Department Thursday evening at approximately 10:00, according to a press release.
The shooting took place at a hotel on Houseman Street in Mayfield and resulted in the death of a male, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other information was released.
The investigation is ongoing.
