Harry Edward Barth, 85, of Port Orange, FL passed away August 12, 2024 at Advent Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach.

The Jefferson County native was a retired butcher for Publix Super Markets, was owner and operator of Edmonson County Custom Kill from 1975-1985, was a former Brownsville City Councilman and was a member of Parkland Masonic Lodge in Louisville. He was the son of the late Charles Ben Barth and Ruby Freudenberger Barth and the husband of the late Phyllis Jean Heath Barth.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at New Home General Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will take place 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday and Tuesday and 11:00 AM-12:30 PM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home.

Surviving are two sons, Rocky Barth (Frances) of Louisville and Ed Barth (Melissa) of Port Orange; two sisters, Betty Potts and Pam Barth both of Louisville; six grandchildren, Olivia Hamilton (Devon), Brian Barth (Whitney), Sarah Justice (Chase), Heath Barth (Jennifer), Brittany Shields (Scott) and Megan Barth; and several great grandchildren.
