Two people have been found shot to death in an eastern Kentucky hospital parking lot.

The Corbin Police Department said officers responded Friday night at 11:30 to Baptist Health Corbin on the report of two deceased individuals in a vehicle in the parking lot.

Police, upon arriving, found 39-year-old Michael Salisbury and 35-year-old Shonda Parker, both of Knox County, deceased from single gunshot wounds to the head.

The bodies were transported to the state Medical Examiner’s Office.
