Quenton Edward Vibbert, 75, of Smiths Grove passed away August 1, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
Mr. Vibbert was born in Monroe County, Ky to the late Orval Vibbert and Laura Susan Sprowls. He worked throughout his career in the grocery industry as a meat cutter, manager, and was the owner of Cee Bee Foods in Smiths Grove.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Vibbert was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Poynter; and four brothers, Bobby, Fay, Wendall, and Ralph Vibbert.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation will take place 3-8 PM Monday and after 10:00 AM on Tuesday.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Peggy Skaggs Vibbert; a daughter, Penny Meador (Glendal) of Smiths Grove; five sons, Charlie Johnson (Monnie) of Segal, Steve Johnson (Denise) of Smiths Grove, Brian Johnson (Regina) of Scottsville, Larry Vibbert (Margie)
of Bowling Green, and Jon Vibbert (Jennifer) of Smiths Grove; sixteen grandchildren, Amanda Vance (Brandon), Chris Vibbert (Jennifer), Cody Vibbert, Allison Vibbert, Jesse Vibbert, Kenny Johnson, Ashley Vibbert, Leslie Johnson, Stephanie Hammock (Tyler), Alissa Vibbert, Sarah Johnson, Austin Vibbert, Samantha Johnson, Lauren Johnson, Aaron Vibbert, Landon Vance, Kaleb Vibbert; and fourteen great grandchildren.
