3-year-old central Ky. girl fighting for her life after overdosing on fentanyl

A three-year-old central Kentucky girl is fighting for her life after overdosing on fentanyl.

Terry Alexander, 30, the girl’s father, was arrested by the Lexington Police Department and charged with second-degree criminal abuse (victim under the age of 12).

The arrest citation, according to Fox56.com, said the child “received physical injury due to a fentanyl overdose at the suspects (sic) residence” on Millstone Way in Lexington.

The little girl is on life support at University of Kentucky Medical Center.

Alexander is lodged in the Fayette Co. Detention Center.
