A central Kentucky man has been charged with murder in a DUI crash that killed a 23-year-old woman.
Kentucky State Police announced that 23-year-old Wilby Ward, of Anderson County, was indicted earlier this month by an Anderson County Grand Jury for murder and his second DUI.
The indictment is related to a crash on November 10, 2023, that killed Wilby’s passenger, 23-year-old Allison Brock, also of Anderson County.
Ward is lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
