The Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man wanted for molesting a child.
The sheriff’s office on Tuesday arrested 38-year-old Samuel A. Scarbrough, of Cave City, who was wanted in Warren County for first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal sex act, victim under the age of 16) and first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12).
The citation states, according to WNKY.com, that the incident took place on Tuesday.
During the course of the arrest, deputies seized cellphones and SIM cards which could lead to additional charges.
Scarbrough is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $10,025 cash bond.

sad thing is that…truth be told…he’ll be out before ink is dry on the paperwork…knowed bout a guy who molested his own NEICE, under 11yrs. old…. took 2 yrs. to get to court…, with one cop lying about stuff, cause of friendship to kinfolk involved in case, judges being called at home…etc. which the judge did excuse himself cause of it, which i do admire him for doing so. anyways feller was only given 2 yrs. ….but 8 months later, cause (he’d took some behavior classes, or some BS,) they let him out. and he’s now back in leitchfield…around our kids. thats justice system now days, needs to go back to old ways.
