A Beaver Dam woman wanted for aggravated trafficking in fentanyl has been arrested with “multiple grams of methamphetamine.”

Ohio County Sheriff Adam Wright said deputies “began conducting surveillance on a residence in Cromwell. After a period of time, it was determined that an individual with multiple felony warrants was located inside the residence.”

Deputies then obtained a search warrant and entered the residence where they located 27-year-old Cathryn E. Decker hiding in a closet.

“Also located at the residence were several grams of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia,” Wright said.

Decker was wanted out of Logan County on charges including aggravated trafficking in fentanyl (more than 28 grams), in addition to failure to appear warrants and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

She was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.

Wright said Decker’s new methamphetamine charges will be presented to a Ohio County Grand Jury.
