Two men have been arrested after being accused of burglarizing a building in Ohio County.
On Saturday afternoon, Ohio County deputies and Kentucky State Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Taffy Road, about nine miles north of Beaver Dam, on the report of a burglary in progress.
When authorities arrived, they found that two suspects “had been inside the building,” the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies went to a residence and found items stolen from the building. Police arrested 39-year-old Joshua G. Gaddis and 31-year-old Jeremiah J. Gaddis, both of Utica, at the home.
They were charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal trespassing. Joshua Gaddis was also served with two warrants.
The suspects were lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
