A Hardin County man with a long list of arrests has been charged with killing his father.
On Friday afternoon at approximately 4:30, the Radcliff Police Department said officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Hill Street and discovered a deceased male, 70-year-old Michael Sheroan.
Sheroan’s son, 37-year-old Tyler D. Sheroan, experienced a medical episode at the residence after being detained by police. He was transported to Baptist Health Hardin.
On Sunday, Sheroan was arrested and charged with his father’s murder. He is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
The murder is still under investigation and being led by the Radcliff Police Department.
Tyler Sheroan, since 2008, has been arrested over two dozen times on charges including, assault, drug possession (methamphetamine, synthetic drugs), theft by unlawful taking (controlled substance), burglary, violating parole, felony wanton endangerment, alcohol-related offenses, harassment, and unlawful imprisonment.
He was convicted of second-degree assault in January 2023. The incident took place in September 2021.
