A woman was injured during a rollover accident on Peonia Road.

Tuesday afternoon at approximately 3:00, Grayson County Sergeants Erik Franklin and Jason Luedke and Deputy Caleb Owens, the Anneta Fire Department and EMS responded to the single-vehicle accident in the 6500 block of Peonia Road, only about a mile-and-a-half from the site of Monday evening’s fatal accident.

Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found that a Toyota Sienna, being driven west by a 34-year-old Mammoth Cave woman, left the roadway and entered a ditch. It appears when the vehicle re-entered the road after only a short distance, it rolled side-to-side at least once, coming to rest in the road.

The driver, who police said remembered very little about the accident, was transported to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center by EMS with non-life threatening injuries.
