Three men have been arrested in connection to a double murder in eastern Kentucky.

Kentucky State Police responded Friday afternoon at approximately 1:00 to a residence in the 2800 block of Hwy 292 in the Belfry community in Pike County. Upon arriving at the home, police found two people deceased from gunshot wounds and another person injured.

The victims have now been identified as 28-year-old Jacob Adair, of Belfry, and 38-year-old Rodney Estep, of Lexington. Chasity Adair, 28, was also shot but survived her injuries.

A vehicle was also stolen from the home but has since been recovered in Lewis County.

Three Cincinnati men, Jolon McCree, 22, Devon Overstreet, 26, and Joshua Pack, 25, were taken into custody in Lewis County and charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), and theft by unlawful taking (motor vehicle).

McCree was also charged with first-degree wanton endangerment while Pack was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl).

The suspects were lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.

Officials have not released a motive for the murders.
