A woman has been killed in a three-vehicle crash in Falls of Rough.

Saturday morning at approximately 11:05, Grayson County Deputy Sean Fentress, the Falls of Rough and Leitchfield Fire Departments and EMS responded to the crash in the 7100 block of Falls of Rough Road (Hwy 79).

Upon arriving at the scene, police found that a Toyota Prius, being driven by 53-year-old Amy Embry, of New Albany, Indiana, was traveling north when her vehicle drifted about five feet into the southbound lane and struck a Chevrolet Malibu, being driven by 63-year-old Jerry Walker, of Caneyville, according to Sheriff Norman Chaffins.

A Ford Ranger, being driven by 53-year-old Jeremy Lawson, of Falls of Rough, was traveling behind the Malibu and struck the Toyota’s driver’s side.

Embry was transported by EMS to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Hospital where she was later pronounced deceased by Deputy Grayson Co. Coroner Larry Holeman.

Walker and his passenger, 46-year-old Cindy Walker, of Caneyville, were transported by EMS to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Lawson was not injured.
