The Anderson County High School band director has been indicted on multiple sex charges.
Patrick H. Brady, 37, was indicted on four counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, two counts of third-degree sodomy, third-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, unlawful use of an electronic communication system to induce a minor to engage in sexual activity, and tampering with physical evidence.
The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police began its investigations after being notified that Brady was apparently in a sexual relationship with a student. The alleged criminal acts were committed between August 2022 and sometime this year, media outlets report.
Brady, who has been suspended from his position, was lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
