Gayle Lee Seay, 73, of Louisville passed away July 28, 2023 at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
The Edmonson County native was an aluminum factory banding line production worker. She was a daughter of the late Charlie Russell Meek and Elene Vincent Meek Wood. She was preceded in death by three siblings, Artellia Allen, Jo Jo Jaggers and Gary Holloway.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Dit Vincent Cemetery.
Visitation will take place after 11:00 AM Wednesday.
Surviving are four children, Lynn Smith (Perry) and Steve Seay Jr. both of Louisville, Kim Simpson (Rick) of Mt. Washington and Jeremy Seay (Jamie) of Shepherdsville; a sister, Ronda Welsh (Chuck) of Louisville; and six grandchildren, Perry, Sara, Samantha, Brittany, Jayden and Jaykob; and seven great grandchildren.
