An Elizabethtown man has been charged with killing two men in a Radcliff restaurant parking lot.

Rodshad Akeem Bowser-Highsmith, 33, was arrested Monday afternoon in the double-shooting of 30-year-old Carlos Bello, of Radcliff, and 19-year-old Shane Estrada, of Vine Grove.

The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Waffle House in the 100 block of South Dixie Boulevard Saturday morning at approximately 4:00.

Media reports indicate the arrest citation states that the suspect was seen (and heard) on surveillance video speaking with someone about stealing a gun from one of the victims. Bowser-Highsmith, who admitted to his role in the murders, fired several shots into a vehicle that was leaving the restaurant parking lot, striking and killing the two victims.

Bowser-Highsmith is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center where he’s been charged with two counts of murder and first-degree robbery.
