A Scottsville man is facing 20 child porn charges involving a small child.
The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 34-year-old Chad L. Delucenay and charged him with 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (victim under the age of 12) and 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (victim under the age of 12). Both charges are class C felonies, punishable by five to 10 years in prison.
Delucenay was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation, which showed the suspect was sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in a search warrant being served at Delucenay’s residence where equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
Delucenay was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center. He is no longer listed as an inmate.
