Four people have died, including a teenager, in a murder-suicide in Breathitt County.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded Friday morning at approximately 10:40 to a residence on Hwy 3193 in Jackson. Upon arriving at the scene, police found four people deceased from gunshot wounds.
The initial investigation indicates the homeowner, 34-year-old Ashley Little, shot three people — Her daughter, 15-year-old Chloe Little; her grandmother, 78-year-old Missouri Gross, and 58-year-old Luther Combs, all of Jackson.
“Following the initial shootings, Ashley Little turned the gun on herself,” police said.
The Breathitt County Coroner’s Office pronounced the victims deceased at the scene.
The four bodies were transported to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies.
The incident remains under investigation by KSP Det. Clayton Stamper.
