A Metcalfe County man has been accused of raping a child.
Juan D. Pruitt, 19, of Tompkinsville, was arrested last week by Kentucky State Police and charged with first-degree rape (victim under the age of 12). The crime is alleged to have occurred on May 26.
Pruitt is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
