Louisville man shoots roommate during fight over Hot Pocket

A Louisville man has been jailed after shooting his roommate during an argument over a Hot Pocket.

Louisville Metro Police arrested 64-year-old Clifton E. Williams Saturday night and charged him with assault.

According to a report by WAVE.com, Williams became angry when he learned his roommate had eaten his last Hot Pocket. Williams began throwing tiles at his roommate, who then fought with the suspect.

As the roommate was leaving the residence, Williams retrieved a firearm and shot the roommate.

The victim ran several blocks to get away from Williams, and to get help.

Williams is being held in Louisville Metro Corrections on a $7,500 cash bond.
