Police are searching for a Hart County man not seen in nearly 10 days.
The Hart County Sheriff’s Office said 32-year-old James Jewell, of Canmer, has not been seen since he was “apparently picked up by a friend and taken to the power substation on Glen Lily Road” near the Green River just off Hwy 31E between Canmer and Linwood on April 11.
He was picked up from a family member’s residence on Boyd’s Knob Road in Hart County, the sheriff’s office said.
Jewell was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts and no shirt.
Police describe Jewell as standing five feet, seven inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with any information on Jewell’s location is asked to contact the Hart County Sheriff’s Office at 270-524-2341 or Kentucky State Police at 270-782-2010.
