A Grayson County teen sustained serious injuries in a crash Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred in the 2600 block of Hwy 401 between Hudson and Madrid, according to a report by WXBC.com.
The Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office told the media outlet that a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, being driven by 18-year-old Justin McStoots, of Leitchfield, crossed the center line and struck a 2012 Ford Edge, being driven by 28-year-old Alisha Tucker, of Hudson (but works in Grayson County).
The two drivers, plus a 15-year-old female passenger in the Chevy, had to be extricated from their vehicles by the McDaniels Fire Department.
Tucker and the 15-year-old girl were airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital, while McStoots was transported by EMS to Baptist Health Hardin before being transferred to a Louisville hospital.
UPDATE: K105 has received an unconfirmed report that the 15-year-old victim is from Leitchfield.
