A third person has been arrested in the murder of a Harned woman.
Police last week arrested 51-year-old Tina Carmen, of Louisville, according to WXBC.com, and charged her with complicity to commit murder, kidnapping, complicity to abuse of a corpse and complicity to tampering with physical evidence in the July 7, 2022, murder of 59-year-old Beverly Smallwood.
Previously, Kentucky State Police arrested 53-year-old Rodney D. Jones, of Hardinsburg, and 33-year-old Boris T. Drane, of Harned, and charged each with murder in Smallwood’s death. Drane was additionally charged with tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
Smallwood was found deceased by the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office at a Harned Road residence.
No other details surrounding the murder have been released by police.
