Three wanted Ohio County residents have been arrested on outstanding indictment warrants, with one suspect now facing drug trafficking charges.

On Wednesday, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Ohio County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a residence on Hwy 1245 in Beaver Dam and located 43-year-old Kevin L. Bradshaw, who was wanted on a child support warrant.

“His ankle monitor was pinging at a well-known address where detectives had previously been in 2022 and served a search warrant for illegal narcotics,” according to Ohio County Sheriff Adam Wright.

At the residence, police made contact with and arrested Bradshaw. Additionally, authorities arrested the homeowner, 44-year-old Crystal Thompson, who had several warrants for her arrest.

During a search of the home, law enforcement located several grams of methamphetamine, scales and other drug paraphernalia.

In addition to the warrants, Thompson was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both suspects were lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.

Also on Wednesday, the task force and deputies went to a home on Apple House Road in Beaver Dam to serve an indictment warrant on 64-year-old Jerry M. Hayse, of Hartford, as the suspect “was living in a residence not approved by probation and parole,” Wright said.

Hayse was arrested and served with a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, his second such offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.

He was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.

Assisting with the arrests were Kentucky State Police and Probation and Parole.
