Two fugitives have been arrested at the same residence by the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office.
Tena L. Higdon, 45, of Leitchfield, was convicted in Breckinridge County in September 2022 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections. Her parole supervision date began on October 24, 2022 and lasts until October 19, 2025.
Higdon, though, absconded from parole.
She was arrested by Grayson County Deputies Erik Franklin, Justin Cockerel and Wally Ritter Monday evening at approximately 7:30 on East Frank Road, about five miles northeast of Caneyville.
At the same East Frank Road residence, deputies also arrested Timothy P. Polston, 37, of Falls of Rough.
Polston was convicted in June 2021 in Hardin County for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia following his arrest on those charges in February 2021.
In June 2018, Polston was indicted by a Grayson County Grand Jury on two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, Clonazepam), two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, opiates) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the Kentucky Department of Corrections (KDC), Polston was convicted in Grayson County for third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Polston was additionally convicted in Grayson County in November 2021 for flagrant non-support.
He is on probation until August 2024.
