A Leitchfield man has been indicted in Breckinridge County on his third DUI.

Steven Shane Ogle, 40, was indicted earlier this month by a Breckinridge County Grand Jury on three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and DUI.

The indictment stems from his arrest during the early morning hours of October 31, 2022, where he was charged with DUI, felony wanton endangerment, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and no registration plates.

In a separate case, Ogle was placed in a pre-trial diversion program in Grayson County after being arrested for first-degree wanton endangerment on August 8, 2018, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections. His supervision date ended on August 6, 2022.
