A Hart County man has been arrested for trafficking in cocaine and methamphetamine and other drugs after police received “numerous drug trafficking complaints,” according to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office.
The Hart County Sheriff’s Office, Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force and Kentucky State Police investigation led to the arrest of 50-year-old Dennis “Bob” Mobley, of Horse Cave. He was charged with four counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine, meth, two drug unspecified, greater than 10 dosage units), trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mobley is being held in the Hart County Jail on two bonds totaling $120,000.
Hart County Sheriff Jeff Wilson said the investigation into Mobley “was subsequent to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office receiving numerous drug trafficking complaints” into the suspect.
During a search of Mobley’s property, police found “trafficking amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, controlled prescription medications and marijuana,” police said.
Drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking was also discovered.
The investigation is ongoing.
