An elderly Muhlenberg County woman has died in a single-vehicle accident.
The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police responded to the crash in the 1400 block of Hwy 181 Saturday morning at 9:20, according to media reports. Upon arriving at the scene, police found that a 2002 Honda Civic, being driven by 82-year-old Bessie Milam, of Greenville, had exited the roadway and struck a tree.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner’s Office.
