Beatrice Gravil Morris, 82, of Brownsville passed away at 10:09 AM August 19, 2022 at Hospice House in Bowling Green.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a member of Asphalt Church of Christ. She was a daughter of the late Lum Gravil and Mae Whobrey Gravil. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bert Gravil, Trenton Gravil and Herbert Gravil and two sisters, Oleta Seaton Woodward and Olene Miles.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brownsville Cemetery. Visitation will take place 3-8 PM Sunday and after 9:00 AM Monday.
Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Ruben Morris; a son, Neil Morris (Tish) of Maryville, TN; a daughter, Melanie Kay Wright (Terry) of Chalybeate; three brothers, Troy Gravil (Sandra) of Lakeland, FL, Ron Gravil (Shelia) of Smiths Grove and Chris Gravil (Melody) of Alvaton; a sister, Jeanetta Alford (Jim) of Somerset; four grandchildren, Aaron Morris (Kayla), Melanie Kate Morris, Mabry Morris and Braden Wright; a great granddaughter, Annie Shea Morris; and she was “Aunt Bea” to many nieces and nephews.
