Lancie J. Meredith, 70, of Elizabethtown passed away at 2:35 AM May 27, 2022 at his home.
The Edmonson County native was a graduating member of the ECHS Class of 1969, a University of Kentucky graduate, a civil engineer for the KY Transportation Dept. and was a member of the Baptist faith. He was a son of the late Jack A. Meredith and Mildred Poteet Meredith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Nickey Meredith.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in New Home Cemetery. Visitation will take place 3-7 PM Monday and after 10:00 AM Tuesday.
Surviving are his wife, Vicki Brackett Meredith; two daughters, Georgeanna Gibson (Chad) and Andrea Kresslein (Matt) both of Bowling Green; a brother, Gary Meredith (Rhonda) of Bee Spring; a sister Jill Vincent (Thomas) of Brownsville; six grandchildren, Abby Gibson, Lexi Gibson, Ella Gibson, Carter Kresslein, Tate Kresslein, and Micah Kresslein; and a nephew, Brett Meredith (Heather).
