Three Muhlenberg County residents have been indicted on child porn distribution charges.
According to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, a Muhlenberg County Grand Jury indicted 23-year-old Ethan A. Sparks, of Central City, 24-year-old Gillian M. Bledsoe, of Drakesboro, and 23-year-old Justin L. Gibson, of Greenville.
Sparks was indicted on 26 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Bledsoe and Gibson were each indicted for distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
All the charges are class D felonies.
The Kentucky State Police Cyber Crimes Unit investigated the case with assistance from the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
