
A Nelson County man has been busted with more than 100 pounds of marijuana, marijuana products and over $50,000 in cash.
Daniel S. Lindsey, 45, of Bardstown, was arrested early Friday morning after the Bardstown Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at his Poplar Flat Road residence. During a search of the home, Bardstown police said officers located approximately 105 pounds of weed, 351 THC vape pens, 1.5 pounds of psychedelic mushrooms, six firearms, and $51,848 in cash.
Lindsey was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (hallucinogen), trafficking in marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is being held in the Nelson County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
