Matthew Colby Kessinger, 25, of Bowling Green passed away March 11, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
The Edmonson County native enjoyed the outdoors- hunting, fishing, camping, riding his Polaris RZR and pranking others. He was a son of Dale Kessinger and Jennifer Yvonne Graham Kessinger, both of whom survive. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Graham and his paternal grandparents, Erdist Kessinger and Margie Cox Kessinger.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Fairview United Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial to follow in Pine Grove United Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will take place 11:00AM-7:00 PM Tuesday at Gravil Funeral Home and after 11:00 AM Wednesday at the church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother and best friend, Corey Kessinger of Bowling Green; maternal grandmother, Mary Evelyn Graham of Bowling Green; uncle, Martin Graham (Linda) of Pine Grove; aunt, Lori Doyle (Clay) of Cedar Springs; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
