A Pulaski County man is facing 25 child pornography charges following a Kentucky State Police investigation.
Troopers arrested 28-year-old Kyle Matthew Freeman, of Somerset, and charged him with nine counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and 16 counts of promoting a minor under the age of 16 is a sexual performance.
The investigation began after detectives with KSP’s Electronic Crime Branch discovered Freeman “distributing sexually explicit images online.”
During the execution of a search warrant at Freeman’s Boat Dock Road home, troopers seized equipment used to distribute the images for forensic lab examination.
Freeman was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
