A central Kentucky preacher previously accused of sex abuse charges involving a family member has now been indicted on over a dozen child sex charges.

Thomas Wall, 59, of Paint Lick, was indicted by a Garrard County Grand Jury on 13 counts of first-degree sexual abuse, with most of the victims under the age of 12, officials said. The abuse allegedly occurred between 2007 and 2017 and involved at least seven children. The indictment carries a $100,000 cash bond.

Wall was arrested on January 30 in Clark County after being accused by a family member of sexual abuse that occurred nearly 40 years ago. In that case, Wall was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and sodomy, with the victim under the age of 12.

He was released from the Clark County Detention Center on February 1 after posting a $50,000 cash bond and placed on home incarceration.

Wall is the longtime pastor at Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Lancaster, and is the top administrator at the church’s school, Fellowship Christian Academy.

Kentucky State Police is conducting the investigation.
