Kentucky State Police released a surveillance video still photograph of a vehicle that fled the scene after hitting a man who fell off a minibike in Barren County.

The victim, 26-year-old Allen Johnson, of Glasgow, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Barren County Coroner’s Office.

The incident occurred Monday night at approximately 9:30 in the 3800 block of East Hiseville Main Street, about 10 miles northeast of Glasgow. State police said the preliminary investigation showed that Johnson was driving a Coleman 200CC minibike when he swerved, causing him to fall from the minibike.

A vehicle traveling behind the minibike – the one seen in the photograph — struck Johnson and fled the scene. A second vehicle, being driven by 60-year-old Terry Walls, of Liberty, was unable to stop and also struck Johnson, police said.

Anyone with information regarding the vehicle in the photo is asked to contact Kentucky State Police at 270-782-2010.
