A Grayson County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 11 suspects on a variety of charges, including drug trafficking, assault, burglary, and strangulation.
Those indicted are:
Kevin L. Smith, 30, of Big Clifty: Trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia (drug charges enhanced due to the presence of a firearm).
William G. Vanover, 28, of Radcliff: Second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and second degree persistent felony offender.
Hubert R. Mercer, 54, of Leitchfield: Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense), DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance.
Steven T. Swift, 31, of Clarkson: Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia (drug charges enhanced by the presence of a firearm).
Brandon H. Kipper, 28, of Leitchfield: Two counts of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication (excludes alcohol).
Jeremy D. Hutcherson, 31, of Clarkson: Second-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree persistent felony offender.
Gary Stone, 31, of Clarksville, Indiana: Second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault (dating violence).
Jonathan J. Lewis, 20, of Vincennes, Indiana: Receiving stolen property (under $10,000), resisting arrest, giving an officer a false name, and obstructing a highway.
William P. Lucey, 41, of Louisville: Receiving stolen property (more than $10,000).
Kari J. Barnes, 35, of Hodgenville: Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense).
K105 previously reported that Jamie D. Felty, 45, of Leitchfield, was indicted earlier this month on drug and other charges.
