Radcliff police are asking for help from the public locating a teenager who disappeared on Monday.

Radcliff Police Chief Jeff Cross said 15-year-old Rosalyn Velazquez was reported missing by her mother on Monday. Radcliff PD Capt. Willie Wells told The News-Enterprise that Rosalyn was last seen wearing a blue jacket with a “crest on the right front area.”

Wells added that there was no evidence Rosalyn was abducted. He said Rosalyn’s mother said her daughter has “… indicated that she may attempt to harm herself.”

Anyone with information on the location of Rosalyn Velazquez is asked to contact the Radcliff Police Department at 270-351-4470.
