Myra Ellis Woosley, 89, of Bowling Green passed away at 4:07 AM Thursday, June 25, 2020, at her home.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and member of Eastside Church of Christ. She was a daughter of the late Sibert Ellis and Thelma Salings Ellis and the wife of the late Sheridan Woosley.
Funeral services will be private. Visitation will be 10:30 AM-1:30 PM Saturday at Gravil Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Mt. Pleasant Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.
Surviving are a son, Alan Woosley (Rhonda) of Mt. Washington; two daughters, Sheila McNary of Bowling Green and Kathryn Petri (Darryl) of Roundhill; a sister, Edith Gary of Bowling Green; a brother-in-law, Terrell Woosley (Mary Ann) of Big Reedy; a sister-in-law, Janice Young of Crawfordsville, IN; three grandchildren, Joshua Woosley (Kelly), Chad Woosley (Stephanie) and Bryce Woosley and five great-grandchildren, Ophelia, Emery, Izzy, Zachary, and Julianna.
