A Beaver Dam man has been arrested after threatening police.

Kentucky State Police arrested 49-year-old Timothy W. Moss after the suspect made “specific threats of harm towards multiple law enforcement officers and court officials,” according to state police.

He was taken into custody Thursday morning at his residence.

Moss was charged with two counts of retaliating against a participant in a legal process and third-degree terroristic threatening.

He was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
