The Amber Alert issued for twin seven-year-old girls has been cancelled
The girls, Isabella and Audrianna Blanchard, and their mother, 33-year-old Neely Blanchard, were located by Kentucky State Police safe early Thursday morning near Dawson Springs.
The twin’s grandmother is their legal guardian, but on Friday, Neely Blanchard arrived to visit the twins in Russellville and left with the children to visit a friend in Dawson Springs (in Hopkins and Caldwell counties) and failed to return.
