Leitchfield Utilities has lifted the boil water advisory for North Clinton Street customers, while Caneyville officials have lifted the boil water advisory for Hwy 79 north from 741 N. Main Street to 2253 Falls of Rough Road; and 104 Watershed Road to 5406 Watershed Road,
Water samples taken from various sites on Wednesday have been analyzed by a state certified drinking water laboratory, with all samples being free of contamination.
After testing was complete, the Kentucky Division of Water approved lifting the advisories.
Both boil water advisories were issued due to water main breaks.
