Gregory Leo Pierce, age 71 of Leitchfield, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024, at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born on August 2, 1952, in Clarkson, the son of the late Leo and Alma Grace Clemons Pierce.
Left to honor Gregory’s memory are his daughters, Vanessa Jackson and Melinda Smith; two grandchildren, Desiree Martin and Tristan Deering; three great-grandchildren, Macelynn, Stellare and Sonny Martin; and three siblings, Lorena Meredith, Wanda Higdon, and Anthony Pierce.
Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by eight siblings, Janet Pierce, Walter Pierce, Rosella Saltsman, Vinetta Cantrell, Joseph Paul Pierce, Johanna Roberts, Beatrice Carnes and Charles Pierce.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Leitchfield Funeral Home.
